We are looking for a Senior Legal Associate / Legal Counsel to lead and manage corporate legal affairs, compliance, contract negotiations, and litigation strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in corporate law, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, and legal advisory. This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and external legal counsel to mitigate legal risks and ensure business compliance.

8+ years of experience in legal practice, corporate law, or regulatory compliance.

Strong knowledge of corporate governance, contract law, employment law, and regulatory frameworks.

Proven experience in negotiating contracts, managing litigation, and handling compliance matters.

Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Proficiency in legal research tools (LexisNexis, Westlaw, Manupatra, etc.)
