Legal Jr

We are seeking a Junior Legal Associate to assist in legal research, contract drafting, compliance, and case management. The ideal candidate should have strong legal knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent analytical skills to support the legal team in corporate, regulatory, and litigation matters.

0–3 years of experience in legal practice, corporate law, or litigation.

Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.

Excellent legal drafting and research skills.

Familiarity with court procedures, arbitration, and mediation.

Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex legal issues.

Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools (Manupatra, Westlaw, LexisNexis, etc.).
