HCM

We are seeking an experienced HCM Consultant to implement, configure, and support Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HR processes, payroll, benefits, talent management, workforce planning, and HR analytics, along with experience in HCM software such as Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or PeopleSoft.

3+ years of experience in HCM consulting, HRIS systems, or HR technology.

Hands-on experience with HCM platforms such as Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or PeopleSoft.

Strong knowledge of HR policies, payroll, tax compliance, and workforce planning.

Experience with HCM system configurations, customizations, and process automation.

Proficiency in SQL queries, data mapping, and system integration.

Ability to work with Agile methodologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
