HCM-Functional

We are seeking an experienced HCM Functional Consultant to implement, configure, and optimize Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in HR processes, payroll, talent management, benefits administration, and HR analytics, along with hands-on experience in HCM software such as Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or PeopleSoft.

3+ years of experience in HCM consulting, HR systems, or HR technology.

Hands-on experience with HCM platforms like Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or PeopleSoft.

Strong knowledge of HR policies, payroll, compliance, and talent management.

Proficiency in HCM system configurations, customizations, and process automation.

Experience in SQL queries, data mapping, and system integration.

Ability to work in Agile methodologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
