Core HR Functional Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion Core HR/Global HR Functional Consultant with 4-10 years of experience. The successful candidate will have expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR and Global HR modules, ensuring alignment with business processes, and providing high-quality consulting services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Core HR and Global HR modules for diverse clients, ensuring seamless deployment across different geographies.

• Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, document business requirements, and map them to Oracle Fusion HCM capabilities.

• Customize configurations for Core HR, Global HR, and related modules to suit specific business requirements, ensuring best practices are followed.

• Support business process optimization by integrating HR functions globally, ensuring legal compliance across regions.

• Perform data migration and data validation activities, ensuring the accuracy of employee data.

• Assist in the creation of test scripts, conduct functional testing, and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing).

• Deliver end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.

• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues, create reports, and ensure system integration with other modules (Payroll, Talent, etc.).

• Stay updated on Oracle Fusion HCM's new releases and features to provide effective solutions and recommendations.
