Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst (BA) in Bangalore to analyze, document, and improve business processes, system workflows, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have expertise in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and process optimization across various domains such as finance, banking, IT, payments, or digital transformation.

2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, BFSI, fintech, retail, or consulting.

Strong understanding of requirement gathering, gap analysis, and process improvement.

Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or other project management tools.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and SDLC.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
