Job Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst – Support to assist in analyzing business processes, troubleshooting system issues, and providing operational support. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring seamless system functionality, issue resolution, and continuous process improvements.

Job Requirement

  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, system support, or application troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of business workflows, operational processes, and reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros), and data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.).
  • Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
