BA - Recon + Accounts + Payments

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst (BA) with expertise in Reconciliation, Accounts, and Payments to analyze, document, and enhance financial reconciliation processes, payment workflows, and accounting systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in banking, financial services, or fintech, with a strong understanding of payment gateways, transaction processing, and account reconciliation.

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Reconciliation, Accounts, and Payments.

Strong knowledge of financial reconciliation processes, accounting principles, and payment systems.

Hands-on experience with payment gateways, banking transactions, and financial settlements.

Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros), and financial reporting tools.

Understanding of ledger systems, cash flow management, and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.).
