BA - Lending

We are seeking a Business Analyst (BA) with expertise in Lending to analyze, document, and enhance loan origination, underwriting, and loan servicing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail and corporate lending, risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and digital lending platforms.

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Lending, Banking, or Financial Services.

Strong understanding of lending lifecycle (Loan Origination, Underwriting, Disbursement, Servicing, Collections).

Experience working with Loan Management Systems (LMS) and Core Banking Solutions (Temenos, Finacle, Mambu, Fiserv, etc.).

Knowledge of secured and unsecured loan products (Mortgages, Auto Loans, Personal Loans, SME Loans, Credit Cards).

Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data analysis tools for loan data reporting.

Strong analytical and documentation skills with experience in business process modeling
