BA- Capital Market

We are seeking a Business Analyst (BA) with expertise in Capital Markets to analyze, document, and improve trading, investment, and risk management processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial instruments, market regulations, and trading platforms, along with experience in business process analysis and stakeholder collaboration.

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Financial Services.

Strong understanding of financial instruments (Equities, Bonds, Derivatives, FX, Commodities).

Experience with trading platforms (FIX Protocol, Bloomberg, Reuters, Charles River, Murex, Calypso, etc.).

Knowledge of front-office, middle-office, and back-office operations.

Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (Basel, MiFID II, Dodd-Frank, SEBI, etc.).

Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data analytics tools for reporting and analysis.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent documentation abilities.
